Students Create Wearable Alarm Clock Business Concept
How a group of young innovators at Roosevelt Elementary School turned a big idea into a real-world technology prototype called RiseEase.

The Challenge: Waking Up Refreshed
Waking up early for school can be tough. Blaring alarm clocks cause stress and jolt you out of sleep, leaving you feeling groggy instead of rested. A team of brilliant students at Roosevelt Elementary School noticed this problem and decided to do something about it.
They didn't just want to complain about waking up tired—they wanted to create a solution. Enter the RiseEase Wearable Alarm Clock.
The Idea: A Comfort Wake-Up Alarm
The students brainstormed various wearable tech ideas. They settled on a comfortable head pad that wakes you up naturally and gently.
- Gentle, gradual vibrations
- Soft, customizable sounds
- Gradual light that mimics sunrise
- Smart scheduling via app
